Entry is simple via digital keypad, and our property manager and housekeeping team are close by for urgent matters. 

There is parking for up to four vehicles inside the property.

A Note About Rural Life in Punta Pérula

Punta Pérula is a rural coastal fishing town where life moves at a slower pace and nature is part of the experience. You will encounter unpaved streets, occasional dust, simple infrastructure, and the insects and critters that naturally come with a tropical environment. While we do our best to make your stay comfortable, you may experience brief interruptions in services such as electricity, water, or propane gas. These are part of everyday life in a rural beach community and also part of what makes Punta Pérula special — peaceful surroundings, beautiful beaches, friendly locals, and an authentic connection to Costa Alegre.
